Cancellation & Payment Policy I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments may be rescheduled one time only, and the reschedule must occur more than 48 hours in advance. Any additional changes or late reschedules will result in the 50% fee being applied. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Appointments delayed by 15 minutes or more will need to be rescheduled, and 50% of the scheduled service will be charged in accordance with this policy. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Please respect my time as I always strive to respect yours. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Venmo, and chip-enabled debit or credit cards. Please note that all card payments are subject to a card reader processing fee.
